J\u00e1 dava pra ver que havia uma falha humana\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ela ainda conta que a mensagem com o xingamento apareceu depois de ter reclamado da demora para ser atendida. &#8220;Meu marido estava aguardando atendimento desde 14h15 da tarde e j\u00e1 era mais de 20h. Realizei a reclama\u00e7\u00e3o e, quando notei, havia esta frase escrita. A\u00ed fiz as fotos&#8221;, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em nota, a Secretaria de Sa\u00fade disse que a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do hospital informou que est\u00e1 investigando o login respons\u00e1vel pela exibi\u00e7\u00e3o da mensagem.
