Os procuradores afastaram completamente a hip\u00f3tese de homic\u00eddio.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-13429 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.portalalerta.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Real-Volta-as-aulas-240x240.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"240\" \/>O acidente ocorreu em janeiro de 2017. A aeronave partiu do Aer\u00f3dromo Campo de Marte, zona norte de S\u00e3o Paulo, em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao Aer\u00f3dromo de Paraty, litoral sul do Rio de Janeiro. Antes de pousar, a aeronave caiu na \u00e1gua. Al\u00e9m de Zavascki, quatro outras pessoas morreram no acidente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os laudos periciais indicaram que o modelo apresentava perfeito funcionamento e estava regularizado. Por\u00e9m, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de posuo indicavam baixa visibilidade, com elevado risco de acidente, e mesmo assim o piloto optou por pousar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo o site da revista ISTO\u00c9, a conclus\u00e3o foi de que as causas do acidente decorreram de imperfei\u00e7\u00f5es de condu\u00e7\u00e3o do voo.
