O J\u00fari popular optou pela pena de 18 anos de pris\u00e3o em regime fechado por homic\u00eddio duplamente qualificado e porte ilegal de arma de fogo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O crime aconteceu em 2017 quando a v\u00edtima estava em um consult\u00f3rio odontol\u00f3gico, no Centro de Aracaju, recebeu um telefonema e saiu do local. Em seguida, foram ouvidos disparos e ele correu para dentro do consult\u00f3rio onde morreu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2867 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.portalalerta.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/protege-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"140\" \/>No m\u00eas seguinte ao crime o homem de 33 anos e a companheira dele foram presos no Conjunto Eduardo Gomes, em S\u00e3o Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o. E ele confessou o crime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No inqu\u00e9rito, a pol\u00edcia concluiu que a mulher n\u00e3o estava no local do assassinato.
