O pedido foi feito com argumento de foro privilegiado por Fl\u00e1vio ter se tornado senador. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o partiu de um relat\u00f3rio do Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (Coaf) que apontou transa\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00edpicas de Fabr\u00edcio Queiroz, que trabalhou para Fl\u00e1vio na Assembleia Legislativa do Rio (Alerj) quando ele era deputado estadual. Fl\u00e1vio ser\u00e1 empossado nesta sexta como senador.
