O presidente do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), Dias Toffoli, liberou nesta quinta (18) o ex-presidente Lula para dar entrevistas \u00e0 Folha e a outros ve\u00edculos que pediram autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para falar com ele na pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

\"\"Em setembro do ano passado, o ministro Luiz Fux suspendeu uma liminar concedida por Ricardo Lewandowski que autorizava a Folha a entrevistar Lula na pris\u00e3o, em Curitiba.<\/p>\n

\u200bFux n\u00e3o apenas cassou a permiss\u00e3o como disse, em sua decis\u00e3o, que, se a entrevista j\u00e1 tivesse sido realizada, sua divulga\u00e7\u00e3o estaria censurada, estabelecendo uma censura pr\u00e9via que \u00e9 expressamente proibida pela Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
