No momento em que era submetido a uma busca pessoal, \u201cGabrielzinho\u201d teria reagido a abordagem, ao mesmo tempo em que se negou a informar a sua identidade. Al\u00e9m disso, o suspeito passou a xingar os policias empregados na abordagem, configurando desacato a autoridade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gabriel est\u00e1 em liberdade condicional h\u00e1 aproximadamente vinte dias, ap\u00f3s ter deixado o pres\u00eddio onde cumpriu pena por furto e tr\u00e1fico de drogas.
