Durante o depoimento, o rapaz ainda revelou que ap\u00f3s o assassinato viu o seu irm\u00e3o Fl\u00e1vio dos Santos, que confessou a execu\u00e7\u00e3o, recolhendo o celular da v\u00edtima e entregando a m\u00e3e, junto com uma mochila.
