O relat\u00f3rio t\u00e9cnico apontou a\u00a0reincid\u00eancia na pr\u00e1tica do reajustamento dos pre\u00e7os dos contratos por \u00edndice oficial sem a demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores anteriores acarretariam desequil\u00edbrio contratual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante sua defesa, o gestor n\u00e3o conseguiu descaracterizar todas as irregularidades apontadas na den\u00fancia.
