Cabe recurso da decis\u00e3o.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O petista foi condenado por improbidade administrativa, pela 2\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel de Nova Igua\u00e7u (RJ), por supostamente ter distribu\u00eddo medicamentos com a logomarca da sua gest\u00e3o -em vez do bras\u00e3o oficial da prefeitura- enquanto governava o munic\u00edpio fluminense.
