O crime ocorreu por volta das 23:30hs, no povoado Ichu de Rufino.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 detalhes sobre as circunst\u00e2ncias do crime e nem sobre a autoria e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, mas, de acordo com a pol\u00edcia, alguns moradores disseram que acordaram assustados com o barulho dos tiros. No dia 6 de fevereiro de 2017, ele foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Militar ap\u00f3s ser flagrado com um rev\u00f3lver na \u00e1rea onde \u00e9 realizada a feira livre da cidade. Na ocasi\u00e3o, os militares encontraram por\u00e7\u00f5es de\u00a0maconha e uma espingarda na casa dele. Conforme a PM, ele voltou a ser preso em 18 de dezembro do ano passado, quando militares o encontraram novamente com uma espingarda e mais por\u00e7\u00f5es de drogas.
