O Prefeito Municipal de Jeremoabo-BA emitiu o Decreto 031\/2020, de 30.03.2020, homologando a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do 019\/2019 do\u00a0\u00a0Conselho Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social que cria o \u201caluguel social\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"\"A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o atende as Leis Municipais n.\u00ba 386 de 7 de maio de 2010 e a Lei Municipal 529, de 03 de novembro de 2016, que regulamentam crit\u00e9rios para a concess\u00e3o dos Benef\u00edcios Eventuais de Assist\u00eancia Social em virtude de nascimento, morte, situa\u00e7\u00f5es de vulnerabilidade tempor\u00e1ria, emergenciais e de calamidade p\u00fablica;<\/p>\n

Segundo as Leis os benef\u00edcios eventuais dever\u00e3o atender \u00e0s fam\u00edlias de baixa renda e \u00e0queles que est\u00e3o em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade tempor\u00e1ria;<\/p>\n

O Decreto estabelece os valores do benef\u00edcio eventual que corresponder\u00e1 o valor limite de at\u00e9 R$ 600,00 (seiscentos reais mensais).<\/p>\n

RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O 019\/2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o foi aprovada em reuni\u00e3o do Conselho de 26.12.2019, ficando estabelecido um limite de at\u00e9 30 (trinta) alugu\u00e9is no ano e determina que pode ser concedida quando decretado estado de calamidade p\u00fablica ou situa\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia\u00a0e pode ser concedido por at\u00e9 06 (seis) meses.<\/p>\n

O Benef\u00edcio s\u00f3 pode ser concedido a fam\u00edlias com condi\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e sociais insuficientes e que tenham sofrido algum acidente envolvendo cat\u00e1strofe natural ou que vivam em \u00e1reas de risco. Exige ainda que esteja inscrito no Programa Bolsa Fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n

Para conseguir o beneficio procure a Secretaria de Assist\u00eancia Social com os seguintes documentos: comprovante de resid\u00eancia, comprovante de renda de todos os membros familiares, carteira de identidade e CPF.<\/p>\n
