O prefeito de Araci-BA, Silva Neto (PDT), prorrogou o decreto sobre as medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e combate \u00e0 dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do novo coronav\u00edrus no munic\u00edpio at\u00e9 o dia 20 de abril. A publica\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita nesta segunda-feira (13).<\/p>\n

\"\"De acordo com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00f3 podem funcionar os estabelecimentos j\u00e1 autorizados anteriormente, e atendendo \u00e0s determina\u00e7\u00f5es da Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica, incluindo ainda a assinatura do Termo de Responsabilidade e Compromisso anexado ao decreto NE n. 1.356, do mesmo dia 02 de abril. Ainda de acordo com o decreto, a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria estar\u00e1 realizando inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os estabelecimentos comerciais abertos e fechados para devida orienta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O estabelecimento que n\u00e3o cumprir as determina\u00e7\u00f5es do decreto, estar\u00e1 violando a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal e o infrator estar\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0s penalidades e san\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro (artigo 268) e Decreto-Lei n. 2848\/40, e pode ter, al\u00e9m da cassa\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a de funcionamento, ser detido de um m\u00eas a um ano, e pagamento de multa.<\/p>\n
