Na decis\u00e3o, a magistrada classificou como ileg\u00edtima a recusa em divulgar o resultado do exame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No dia 30 de maio, a AGU apresentou apenas um relat\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico dizendo que Bolsonaro n\u00e3o teve Covid-19, o que foi recusado por Petri, dando mais 48 horas para a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos exames. Dois dias depois, a desembargadora M\u00e1rcia Nobre, do TRF-3, atendeu a um recurso da AGU e suspendeu o prazo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jair Bolsonaro realizou dois exames de coronav\u00edrus, nos dias 12 e 17 de mar\u00e7o, ap\u00f3s voltar dos Estados Unidos.
