A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi revelada pela revista\u00a0<em>Veja<\/em>\u00a0nesta quinta (9).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noronha recebeu o pedido liminar porque \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelos pedidos urgentes que chegam ao STJ, j\u00e1 que o Judici\u00e1rio est\u00e1 de recesso desde a \u00faltima quarta (8). O advogado Paulo Em\u00edlio Catta Preta havia argumentado, ao apresentar o pedido, que o cliente \u00e9 portador de c\u00e2ncer de c\u00f3lon e corria riscos de sa\u00fade devido \u00e0 pandemia da Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O ex-assessor \u00e9 investigado por participa\u00e7\u00e3o em um esquema de \u201crachadinhas\u201d na Assembleia Legislativa do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj) enquanto trabalhava no gabinete do hoje senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro.
