A decis\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria, segundo o ministro, ultrapassava esses estados e tinha validade para todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-27904 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.portalalerta.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Real-dia-dos-pais-720x92.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"92\" \/>Os estados alegaram que a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos na Regi\u00e3o retira a efetividade do programa e aumenta a desigualdade no Nordeste. Segundo a a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, em mar\u00e7o, 158 mil bolsas foram cortadas, 61% delas no Nordeste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para o ministro Marco Aur\u00e9lio, \u201cn\u00e3o se pode conceber tratamento discriminat\u00f3rio da Uni\u00e3o em virtude do local onde residem os brasileiros\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;A postura de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, ante enfoque adotado por dirigente, de retalia\u00e7\u00e3o a alcan\u00e7ar cidad\u00e3os, e logo os mais necessitados, revela o ponto a que se chegou, revela descalabro, revela tempos estranhos.
