Hybris, equipe da Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal, abordou o ve\u00edculo I\/MMC ASX 2.0, que transitava no KM 150, da BR 110, no munic\u00edpio baiano de Ribeira do Pombal-BA<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O condutor apresentou aos PRFs um Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Ve\u00edculo (CRLV) com sinais de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo verificado, em um primeiro momento, que o suporte era aut\u00eantico, mas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es impressas e a forma de impress\u00e3o apresentavam sinais de inautenticidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-29017 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.portalalerta.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Real-Juro-Zero.1-240x240.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"240\" \/>Durante consulta ao sistema do banco de dados, foi constatado que o ve\u00edculo apresenta restri\u00e7\u00e3o judicial de licenciamento, proferida pela 29\u00aa Vara do TRT05, com data de 29\/08\/2016, o que impossibilita a emiss\u00e3o de documento, sendo o \u00faltimo licenciamento pago datado do ano 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em raz\u00e3o de irregularidades apresentadas no ve\u00edculo, o condutor foi autuado por infringir normas previstas no C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro (CTB) e o ve\u00edculo foi recolhido ao p\u00e1tio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A PRF apresentou o CRLV e o condutor na delegacia da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Ribeira do Pombal (BA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
