Para isso, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio ter baixado ou atualizado o aplicativo lan\u00e7ado pelo\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.otempo.com.br\/hotsites\/eleicoes-2020\/tse-inclui-em-normas-eleitorais-medidas-sanitarias-contra-a-covid-19-1.2393139\"><strong>TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral).<\/strong><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O primeiro turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es deste ano est\u00e1 marcado para o dia 15 de novembro. O modelo \u00e9 o mesmo j\u00e1 adotado pelo Portal do TSE na internet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo o TSE, o e-T\u00edtulo \u00e9 uma alternativa ao t\u00edtulo de eleitor impresso e tem validade oficial para efeitos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o.
