Ao recorrer da decis\u00e3o, junto ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Bahia, Ari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portalalerta.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/10\/16\/tribunal-de-justica-nega-recurso-de-ex-prefeito-de-nova-soure-ba-e-ari-segue-com-contas-rejeitadas\/\"><strong>sofreu outra derrota<\/strong><\/a>, prevalecendo assim a decis\u00e3o de Dr. Paulo Henrique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s a senten\u00e7a por Dr. Daniel, o nome de Ari apareceu no DivulgaCand, plataforma do TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral), em que divulga os Candidatos e sua respectiva condi\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral, como INAPTO, e Candidatura INDEFERIDA, tendo como motiva\u00e7\u00e3o a Lei da Ficha Limpa.
