Para a o nome do magistrado passar, eram necess\u00e1rios os votos favor\u00e1veis de, ao menos, 41 parlamentares. Mais cedo, o nome de Nunes foi\u00a0validado pela CCJ (Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a) da Casa\u00a0com o apoio de 22 senadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A vaga que ser\u00e1 assumida por Kassio Nunes representa a primeira indica\u00e7\u00e3o de Bolsonaro para a Suprema Corte.
