O ex-presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva se tornou r\u00e9u pelo crime de lavagem de dinheiro em um processo da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato.<\/p>\n

Conforme o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF), o crime envolveu doa\u00e7\u00f5es da Odebrecht ao Instituto Lula para disfar\u00e7ar repasses no total de R$ 4 milh\u00f5es, entre dezembro de 2013 e mar\u00e7o de 2014. Tamb\u00e9m se tornaram r\u00e9us o ex-ministro da Fazenda Antonio Palocci e o presidente do Instituto Lula, Paulo Okamotto.<\/p>\n
