O ex-prefeito de Nova Soure, no Nordeste baiano, Jos\u00e9 Arivaldo Ferreira Soares, o \u201cAri\u201d, teve na ter\u00e7a-feira (10) um rev\u00eas na Justi\u00e7a que pode implicar em indeferimento de candidatura.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u00c9 que a desembargadora Telma Britto, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Bahia (TJ-BA), acolheu recurso da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores local que pedia a derrubada de uma medida anterior. Ari tinha conseguido antes a suspens\u00e3o do Decreto Legislativo n.\u00ba 01\/2013 referente ao julgamento que gerou a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o das contas dele de 2011 quando era o prefeito do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

O ex-gestor tamb\u00e9m havia conseguido anular o parecer pr\u00e9vio do Tribunal de Contas dos Munic\u00edpios (TCM) que recomendava a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c0 \u00e9poca, a Corte de Contas multou o gestor em R$ 40 mil. Segundo o tribunal, o ent\u00e3o prefeito cometeu irregularidades, principalmente pela reincid\u00eancia de gastos excessivos com pessoal. Enquanto o limite de despesas do g\u00eanero \u00e9 de 54%, segundo a Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal, o munic\u00edpio gastou em 2011 o percentual de 58,10%.<\/p>\n
