O presidente Jair Bolsonaro (Sem partido) vai se encontrar com o corregedor-geral do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (TJRJ) do Rio de Janeiro, desembargador Bernardo Garcez, hoje (20), segundo a assessoria do \u00f3rg\u00e3o. A proposta \u00e9 que a corregedoria, respons\u00e1vel por fiscalizar a atividade de ju\u00edzes e desembargadores, \u201cintegre o Comit\u00ea de Moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o de Ambiente e Neg\u00f3cios\u201d. O convite partiu do pr\u00f3prio presidente.\u00a0<\/p>\n

O TJRJ \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por avaliar a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o da den\u00fancia do \u00a0Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico estadual (MPRJ) sobre o caso das rachadinhas do gabinete de Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (Republicanos). A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o aponta o cometimento de crimes enquanto ele era deputado estadual na Assembleia Legislativa do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj).<\/p>\n

\"\"O desembargador Milton Fernandes de Souza foi sorteado para ser o relator do caso. A partir da an\u00e1lise do magistrado, o tribunal decide se abre processo ou n\u00e3o contra o senador. Ao todo, 25 ju\u00edzes fazem parte do colegiado do tribunal. De acordo com a Revista Veja, no entanto, o desembargador-corregedor, n\u00e3o tem qualquer tipo de inger\u00eancia sobre um eventual julgamento.<\/p>\n

Caso a den\u00fancia protocolada h\u00e1 duas semanas pelo MPRJ seja aceita, Fl\u00e1vio se tornar\u00e1 r\u00e9u por peculato, lavagem de dinheiro e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. O filho do presidente \u00e9 apontado por comandar um esquema de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o que desviava a maior parte dos sal\u00e1rios de funcion\u00e1rios em seu gabinete na Alerj durante mais de uma d\u00e9cada de mandato enquanto deputado estadual junto ao PM reformado Fabr\u00edcio Queiroz.<\/p>\n
