A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi aberta ap\u00f3s o ex-ministro criticar o presidente em uma entrevista. O caso foi revelado pelo jornal &#8220;O Estado de S. Paulo&#8221; e confirmado ao GLOBO pelo senador Cid Gomes (PDT-CE), irm\u00e3o de Ciro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>O inqu\u00e9rito foi aberto a pedido de Bolsonaro e est\u00e1 sendo conduzido pelo ministro da Justi\u00e7a, Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a.
