Federal (STF), Gilmar Mendes, deu 10 dias para que o governo da Bahia e de outros seis estados, Acre, Amap\u00e1, Piau\u00ed, Rio Grande do Sul, S\u00e3o Paulo e Sergipe, forne\u00e7am informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as medidas restritivas adotadas durante a pandemia da Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o foi tomada ap\u00f3s uma a\u00e7\u00e3o movida pelo PTB (Partido Trabalhista Brasileiro) que aponta que a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas restritivas &#8220;violam direitos fundamentais como o direito \u00e0 liberdade de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 semelhante a que foi movida pelo presidente Jair Bolsonaro (sem Partido) contra os governos da Bahia, Distrito Federal e do Rio Grande do Sul e que foi negado pelo Marco Aur\u00e9lio
