Desde novembro de 2020 a Vara C\u00edvel de Ribeira do Pombal est\u00e1 sem juiz titular. Os Advogados reivindicam tamb\u00e9m ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado da Bahia al\u00e9m da nomea\u00e7\u00e3o do juiz Titular, a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de Juiz Leigo, Conciliadores tanto da vara c\u00edvel, quanto do Juizado Especial C\u00edvil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Os processos simplesmente pararam, o que v\u00eam ocasionando diversos preju\u00edzos \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o que reivindica Justi\u00e7a. Os f\u00f3runs da Bahia j\u00e1 v\u00eam fechados h\u00e1 mais de 1 ano apenas funcionando internamente, tendo os Advogados e popula\u00e7\u00e3o dificuldade ao acesso \u00e0 justi\u00e7a. Para completar, Ribeira do Pombal desde novembro est\u00e1 tudo parado por falta de Juiz Titular, Juiz Leigo, Assessores, Conciliadores da Vara C\u00edvel e Juizado C\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
