A a\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (24), e foi realizada juntamente com integrantes do Conselho Tutelar, que ficou com a crian\u00e7a  para as medidas administrativas previstas na lei 8.069\/1990 \u2013 Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foi efetuado o registro da ocorr\u00eancia, Instaura\u00e7\u00e3o do Inqu\u00e9rito Policial, oitiva de pessoas e nenhum dado pode ser divulgado em atendimento a preceitos legais<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ado\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal \u00e9 considerada crime, conforme artigo 242 do C\u00f3digo Penal, prevendo pena de reclus\u00e3o de dois a seis anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
