O inqu\u00e9rito foi aberto no dia 25 de novembro, depois da dela\u00e7\u00e3o do empreiteiro da UTC Ricardo Pessoa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ele tinha dito que recebeu um pedido de Vaccari para o pagamento \u201cde uma d\u00edvida de campanha do ent\u00e3o candidato a prefeito de S\u00e3o Paulo Fernando Haddad relativa ao pleito de 2012\u201d. Os valores, ent\u00e3o, deveriam ser pagos a uma gr\u00e1fica que pertence a \u201cChic\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A campanha de Haddad foi alvo da\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.r7.com\/sao-paulo\/pf-vai-intimar-haddad-em-operacao-que-investiga-crimes-eleitorais-e-lavagem-de-dinheiro-01062017\"><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Cifra Oculta<\/strong><\/a>, um desdobramento da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato.
