Ao fim da sess\u00e3o, o ministro Vital do R\u00eago mudou o voto contr\u00e1rio ao governo, consolidando assim sete votos a favor e nenhum contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apenas sete ministros votam neste processo, mesmo o TCU sendo composto por nove ministros. A presidente da Corte, Ana Arraes, est\u00e1 de f\u00e9rias. Em seu lugar, o ministro Bruno Dantas s\u00f3 vota em caso de empate, o que n\u00e3o ocorreu.
