Na tarde do \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (14), uma mulher de 31 anos foi presa acusada de assassinar o pr\u00f3prio marido, identificado como Cl\u00e9cio Oliveira do Nascimento, de 31 anos, com um golpe de faca, no BTN III, em Paulo Afonso\u2013BA. <\/p>\n

Segundo a pol\u00edcia, a pris\u00e3o ocorreu logo ap\u00f3s o crime, mas ela foi liberada no mesmo dia, ap\u00f3s a pol\u00edcia identificar elementos de legitima defesa.<\/p>\n

\"\"A mulher contou aos policiais que, ao acordar, disse ao marido que iria sair. Ele, ent\u00e3o, n\u00e3o teria gostado, e teria agredido a companheira. Foi neste momento que ela reagiu, e desferiu um golpe de faca no homem. A suspeita contou tamb\u00e9m que foi um \u00fanico golpe.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs informa\u00e7\u00f5es que colhemos apontam que j\u00e1 havia hist\u00f3rico de viol\u00eancia. Durante uma discuss\u00e3o do casal, ela acabou esfaqueando e o matando\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> afirmou o delegado Jo\u00e3o Henrique, respons\u00e1vel pela investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Cl\u00e9cio chegou a ser socorrido, mas n\u00e3o resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu logo ap\u00f3s chegar no HMPA. A Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Paulo Afonso est\u00e1 investigando o caso. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es dever\u00e3o apontar se o crime foi intencional ou em leg\u00edtima defesa.<\/p>\n
