Comsefaz (Comit\u00ea Nacional dos Secret\u00e1rios de Fazenda dos Estados e do Distrito Federal), D\u00e9cio Padilha. <strong><em>&#8220;Fixamos uma \u00fanica al\u00edquota, de R$ 1, respeitamos e
