Segundo a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo, o homem ainda n\u00e3o foi encontrado<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

O juiz Raphael Ernane Neves, da Primeira Vara Criminal do Foro de Registro, no interior de S\u00e3o Paulo, decretou, nesta quarta-feira (22) a pris\u00e3o preventiva do procurador Dem\u00e9trius Oliveira de Macedo. Ele foi filmado\u00a0agredindo a tamb\u00e9m procuradora Gabriela Samadello Monteiro de Barros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o atendeu a um pedido da Pol\u00edcia Civil, que abriu um inqu\u00e9rito para investigar o caso, reunindo fotos e v\u00eddeos da agress\u00e3o. De acordo com a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo, o homem ainda n\u00e3o foi encontrado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dem\u00e9trius havia sido ouvido pela pol\u00edcia e, em seguida, liberado. O delegado respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, Fernando Carvalho Greg\u00f3rio, do 1\u00ba Distrito Policial de Registro, informou que entendeu que n\u00e3o havia uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de flagrante, e sim um fato criminoso.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
