O vice-presidente e corregedor do TRE (Tribunal Regional Eleitoral) do Distrito Federal, Sebasti\u00e3o Coelho da Silva, anunciou aposentadoria nesta sexta-feira (19), durante a sess\u00e3o do plen\u00e1rio, afirmando que a atitude era uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 sua insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com o Supremo Tribunal Federal e com o discurso de posse de Alexandre de Moraes no TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral). Coelho da Silva, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 desembargador do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, disse que Moraes fez uma “declara\u00e7\u00e3o de guerra ao pa\u00eds”<\/em><\/strong> em sua fala diante do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) e os ex-presidentes da Rep\u00fablica, em vez de promover uma fala de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Estou nesse tribunal h\u00e1 30 anos, 10 meses e 8 dias”<\/em><\/strong>, disse Coelho da Silva, comunicando em seguida a aposentadoria. “V\u00e3o me perguntar: ‘Por que voc\u00ea vai se aposentar, Sebasti\u00e3o Coelho da Silva’? E eu respondo: sr. presidente, colegas, eu h\u00e1 muito tempo, e eu n\u00e3o posso falar outra palavra, preciso tomar cuidado com elas, h\u00e1 muito tempo n\u00e3o estou feliz com o Supremo Tribunal Federal.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
