O ex-prefeito de Salvador alega, no entanto, que se declara como pardo desde as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2016, primeiro pleito que concorreu ap\u00f3s a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da obrigatoriedade de informa\u00e7\u00e3o racial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACM Neto ainda n\u00e3o foi notificado a respeito do pedido de justificativa do TRE. Ele ter\u00e1 cinco dias, a partir da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, para apresentar sua defesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jorge X, autor da A\u00e7\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial Eleitoral alega que ACM Neto ter\u00e1 vantagens econ\u00f4micas na disputa por ter acesso \u00e0s cotas do fundo partid\u00e1rio destinadas aos candidatos negros.
