Foi preso nesta segunda-feira (19), o vereador de Banza\u00ea-BA Roger Bruno Freitas de Santana (Roger Enfermeiro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A pris\u00e3o foi efetuada em cumprimento a um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva lavrado pela Vara Criminal, J\u00fari, de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais e Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude de Ribeira do Pombal. O edil teria se apresentado na Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil da cidade, onde foi cumprida decis\u00e3o judicial, e logo na sequ\u00eancia transferido para a carceragem de Ribeira do Pombal onde est\u00e1 custodiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainda segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, o vereador \u00e9 acusado da pr\u00e1tica de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra uma adolescente de apenas 13 anos.  O PORTAL ALERTA procurou mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es junto ao Delegado da cidade, Dr. Equiber dos Santos Alves, que afirmou n\u00e3o poder entrar em detalhes sobre a pris\u00e3o, tendo em vista que o processo se encontra em Segredo de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
