Esse reajuste para corrigir o impacto da infla\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio porque est\u00e1 previsto na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A redu\u00e7\u00e3o das expectativas oficiais de infla\u00e7\u00e3o para o ano de 2022, anunciada nesta semana pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, fez com que o reajuste do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo para 2023 inclu\u00eddo no projeto de or\u00e7amento que j\u00e1 tramita no Congresso Nacional ficasse acima das proje\u00e7\u00f5es do governo atual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O texto foi enviado ao Legislativo no fim de agosto prevendo um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo de R$ 1.302 \u2013 7,41% maior que os R$ 1.212 atuais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esse percentual correspondia \u00e0 expectativa de infla\u00e7\u00e3o para 2022 realizada naquele momento, ou seja, reajustava o m\u00ednimo sem prever ganho real para os trabalhadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esse reajuste para corrigir o impacto da infla\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio porque est\u00e1 previsto na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o. O or\u00e7amento de cada ano pode prever um reajuste maior, como ocorria at\u00e9 2019, mas nunca menor que a infla\u00e7\u00e3o oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
