justify;\">Trata-se de Emanuel Messias dos Santos, conhecido como Rasta, que havia sido preso na noite da \u00faltima segunda-feira (12\/02), por volta das 22h00, quando foi flagrado portando um simulacro de arma de fogo, tipo pistola, bem como uma faca de serra, no momento em que se encontrava na Pra\u00e7a Juracy Magalh\u00e3es, em Cip\u00f3\/BA, local onde foli\u00f5es estavam comemorando o Carnaval na cidade. <a
