A defesa de Daniel Alves alegou que o jogador tem resid\u00eancia fixa em Barcelona e que n\u00e3o haveria risco de fuga. Os advogados do atleta ainda oferecem entregar os passaportes de Daniel, al\u00e9m dele se apresentar diariamente \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a. No entanto, esses argumentos n\u00e3o foram suficientes para convencerem os ju\u00edzes.<\/p>\n\n\n

De acordo com o g1.globo, os ju\u00edzes alegaram que existe o risco de Daniel Alves, em raz\u00e3o dos seguintes fatores: a resid\u00eancia principal de Daniel Alves \u00e9 no Brasil; ele tem uma s\u00e9rie de neg\u00f3cios em territ\u00f3rio brasileiro; ele possui ainda condi\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras de alugar um avi\u00e3o para deixar a Espanha sem os controles tradicionais dos aeroportos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pris\u00e3o de Daniel Alves aconteceu no dia 20 de janeiro. Ele foi acusado estuprar uma mulher dentro de um banheiro em uma boate na Espanha no fim do ano passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
