O Tribunal do J\u00fari de Araci -BA condenou a 23 anos e 6 meses de pris\u00e3o um homem que matou uma mulher no ano de 2017. O acusado, que est\u00e1 preso desde 2020, foi enquadrado no processo de feminic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

O crime ocorreu em 2017 quando o acusado matou a mulher ap\u00f3s uma discuss\u00e3o. Testemunhas afirmaram que a v\u00edtima vinha sendo alvo de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o, e os dois n\u00e3o tinham um relacionamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s o crime, o homem fugiu e foi localizado em Aracaju em 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O acusado ir\u00e1 cumprir pena inicial em regime fechado, e n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 recorrer em liberdade, mas a decis\u00e3o cabe recurso. A v\u00edtima deixou tr\u00eas filhos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
