A Justi\u00e7a Federal ordenou que a Coelba pague cerca de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o e indenize a comunidade ind\u00edgena Tux\u00e1, em Banza\u00ea, no Nordeste baiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) na Bahia, a medida se refere \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma linha de transmiss\u00e3o que atravessa o local. O montante tamb\u00e9m incluiu condena\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais coletivos causados aos moradores. Ainda na decis\u00e3o, a Justi\u00e7a proibiu a Coelba e os funcion\u00e1rios dela de entrarem no territ\u00f3rio dos Tux\u00e1 de Banza\u00ea sem pr\u00e9via comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas (Funai) e aos pr\u00f3prios ind\u00edgenas. A exce\u00e7\u00e3o fica para casos de extrema urg\u00eancia que causem amea\u00e7a \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica ou \u00e0 vida dos Tux\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Em caso de descumprimento das medidas, a Coelba ter\u00e1 de pagar multa di\u00e1ria de dez sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos por dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
