As altera\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pelo deputado federal Isnaldo Bulh\u00f5es (MDB-AL), relator da Medida Provis\u00f3ria enviada pelo Executivo que prop\u00f5e uma reforma administrativa nos minist\u00e9rios, provocou diverg\u00eancias de discursos dentro do pr\u00f3prio governo do presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT). <\/p>\n\n\n

Por um lado, o Ministro das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais,\u00a0Alexandre Padilha (PT),\u00a0disse que todo o relat\u00f3rio foi feito em di\u00e1logo com o governo, por isso, a vers\u00e3o estaria “equilibrada”<\/em><\/strong> e com “o esp\u00edrito inicial da reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do governo”<\/em><\/strong>. Por outro, a Ministra do Meio Ambiente,\u00a0Marina Silva (Rede), entendeu como sendo um “desmonte”<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um dos principais pontos de discuss\u00e3o perpassa a anexa\u00e7\u00e3o do Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR), que atualmente est\u00e1 sob controle da ambientalista, e seria transferido para o Minist\u00e9rio da Gest\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o. O CAR \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por monitorar o desmatamento, al\u00e9m de catalogar os im\u00f3veis rurais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
