Um homem que estava no interior do ve\u00edculo, saiu do mesmo, e ao perceber a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o dos Guardas, lan\u00e7ou o pr\u00f3prio aparelho celular contra o ch\u00e3o, com o objetivo de danific\u00e1-lo.
