O procurador Lucas Furtado, do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico junto ao Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o (TCU), pediu ao tribunal para apurar irregularidades no sal\u00e1rio que o PL paga ao ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Em mar\u00e7o deste ano, o partido informou que Bolsonaro receber\u00e1 a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o igual a de um ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) para ser presidente de honra da sigla. O sal\u00e1rio de um ministro do STF \u00e9 o teto do funcionalismo p\u00fablico e, desde 1\u00ba de abril deste ano, \u00e9 de R$ 41.650,92. \u201c\u00c9 poss\u00edvel verificar que a estrutura de um partido pol\u00edtico est\u00e1 sendo utilizada para remunerar pessoa que foi declarada ineleg\u00edvel pela maior inst\u00e2ncia da justi\u00e7a eleitoral\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, diz o procurador. Ele destaca que pagar um pol\u00edtico condenado pelo TSE \u201c\u00e9 a meu ver viola\u00e7\u00e3o direta e mortal do princ\u00edpio da moralidade administrativa\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
