Por volta das 10h desta segunda-feira (21), um homem foi preso ao ser flagrado pilotando uma moto Honda CG, em via p\u00fablica, colocando em risco os transeuntes que passavam pelo local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

O flagrante aconteceu quando os policiais militares do 4\u00ba Pelot\u00e3o\/ Paripiranga-BA, realizavam rondas no Povoado Ro\u00e7a Nova, no referido munic\u00edpio, perceberam que o condutor pilotava a moto em zigue-zague, decidindo pela abordagem. A suspeita foi confirmada, e o rapaz identificado como Jos\u00e9 Jildavan Oliveira Santana apresentava sinais de embriaguez. Ao consultarem os dados do abordado junto ao Sistema de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, os militares descobriram a exist\u00eancia de um mandado de pris\u00e3o contra o mesmo, pela pr\u00e1tica de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O rapaz foi conduzido e apresentado na Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil local, tanto em cumprimento ao mandado em aberto, quanto por dirigir sob o efeito de \u00e1lcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
