A Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) apreendeu duas carretas que transportavam irregularmente 50.000 litros de gasolina. A a\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu na manh\u00e3 de da \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (12), em Paulo Afonso-BA.<\/p>\n\n\n

Em fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva do transporte de Produtos Perigosos, os policiais abordaram dois caminh\u00f5es que sa\u00edram de Candeias, na Bahia e tinham como destino a capital de Alagoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foram iniciados os procedimentos de checagem detalhada. Os condutores dos ve\u00edculos apresentaram os documentos de porte obrigat\u00f3rio, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o foram apresentadas as notas fiscais do combust\u00edvel, o que constitui crime tribut\u00e1rio, visto que o produto entraria em circula\u00e7\u00e3o sem o recolhimento dos impostos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os condutores, os ve\u00edculos e as documenta\u00e7\u00f5es foram encaminhados para o Posto de Controle Fiscal da SEFAZ-BA, respons\u00e1vel por apurar \u00e0s irregularidades e inconsist\u00eancias tribut\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A PRF na Bahia intensificou as a\u00e7\u00f5es de combate a sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal e demais il\u00edcitos de ordem tribut\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
