Os ministros do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) decidiram, nesta sexta-feira (22), manter a decis\u00e3o que tornou o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) ineleg\u00edvel em um per\u00edodo de oito anos por abuso de poder pol\u00edtico e uso indevido dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A defesa havia apresentado um recurso contra a medida e o caso voltou \u00e0 pauta da Corte Eleitoral, desta vez, em julgamento virtual, mais de dois meses depois da decis\u00e3o dos ministros pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o do pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acompanham o voto do relator contra o recurso a ministra C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia e os ministros Andr\u00e9 Ramos Tavares e Alexandre de Moraes. O julgamento termina \u00e0s 23h59 do dia 28 de setembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
