Daniel Alves enfrenta acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de agress\u00e3o sexual a uma mulher em uma boate de Barcelona em dezembro do ano passado. Ele foi preso no dia 20 de janeiro e est\u00e1 detido em uma pris\u00e3o nos arredores de Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se for considerado culpado, o brasileiro de 40 anos poder\u00e1 ser condenado a uma pena de pris\u00e3o de 4 a 15 anos. Ele alega que teve rela\u00e7\u00f5es sexuais consensuais com a mulher.
