Uma auditoria da Controladoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (CGU) identificou que a venda da Refinaria de Mataripe, antiga Refinaria Landulpho Alves (RLAM), foi vendida pela Petrobras a pre\u00e7o abaixo do mercado. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de um relat\u00f3rio, publicado nesta quinta-feira (4).<\/p>\n\n\n

A venda da refinaria baiana ao fundo \u00e1rabe Mubadala Capital foi feita por US$ 1,8 bilh\u00e3o, durante a gest\u00e3o do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), em 2021. A precifica\u00e7\u00e3o da venda foi realizada pela Petrobras levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o os meses de mar\u00e7o e abril de 2020, em que o mercado estava prejudicado devido a pandemia da Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para a CGU, a precifica\u00e7\u00e3o da refinaria utilizou “premissas excessivamente pessimistas”.<\/em><\/strong> O \u00f3rg\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m questionou o motivo pelo qual a estatal continuou com o processo de venda da empresa, j\u00e1 que havia solicitado um prazo maior para vender outras seis refinarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Traz-se \u00e0 luz, de forma precisa, a poss\u00edvel incoer\u00eancia na paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o ou suspens\u00e3o dispensada a alguns desinvestimentos e na continuidade dada a outros, dentro do mesmo contexto”,<\/em><\/strong> diz um trecho do relat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
