Em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta realizada na manh\u00e3 da \u00faltima sexta-feira, 02, a Diretoria de Intelig\u00eancia Policial (Dinpol) de\u00a0Alagoas, sob a lideran\u00e7a do delegado Thales Ara\u00fajo, e a Delegacia Territorial de\u00a0Jeremoabo, na\u00a0Bahia, conseguiram prender um homem de 42 anos. O indiv\u00edduo \u00e9 acusado de cometer um estupro no ano de 2018, no munic\u00edpio de Batalha, localizado no Sert\u00e3o alagoano. A v\u00edtima foi identificada como a irm\u00e3 da esposa do acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es revelaram que o homem utilizou um rev\u00f3lver para amea\u00e7ar a v\u00edtima e cometer o crime de estupro. Ao ser capturado em Jeremoabo, o acusado estava em posse de uma motocicleta com o chassi adulterado. Diante deste fato, foi realizado tamb\u00e9m o flagrante por adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pris\u00e3o do homem foi poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as ao mandado expedido pelo Ju\u00edzo da Comarca de Batalha-AL, que fundamentou a a\u00e7\u00e3o das for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a dos estados de Alagoas e Bahia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
