A mat\u00e9ria tamb\u00e9m discute a diferen\u00e7a entre usu\u00e1rio e traficante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A PEC das Drogas foi aprovada, na semana passada, pela Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a, na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, por maioria de votos. O autor da proposta \u00e9 o presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD). No Plen\u00e1rio, a PEC ser\u00e1 debatida por cinco sess\u00f5es, antes de ser votada em primeiro turno. Caso seja aprovada, segue para a C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, onde tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 votada em dois turnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) tamb\u00e9m retomou o julgamento do porte de maconha para uso pessoal, o placar est\u00e1 5 a 3 a favor da descriminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para consumo pr\u00f3prio. O julgamento foi suspenso depois de pedido de vista do ministro Dias Toffoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
