que j\u00e1 tem diagn\u00f3stico de catarata devem procurar a regula\u00e7\u00e3o municipal no hor\u00e1rio das 07h \u00e0 12h munidos de xerox dos seguintes documentos: <strong>RG, CPF, cart\u00e3o do SUS e comprovante de resid\u00eancia<\/strong>.<br><br>Os pacientes j\u00e1 cadastrados, o contato j\u00e1 est\u00e1 sendo feito atrav\u00e9s da regula\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<br><br>A triagem para
